Here are just some shots of the cup 'dry' assembled. As you can see, the movement pins are staggered. Since the movement cam has an inner an outer race, I can vary what the 'visual' sequence is.

 

This is the lifting Pin, the top is rounded and rubs against the cam, the bottom keys itself into the light rod, giving it a third point of support and to keep the lift in a straight line.

1hr to measure and cut 10 pins (Made a few extra for boo-boo's sake)
